Queen Camilla has quite the jewelry collection. From her $10 million brooch to her birthstone necklace, her accessories are always something to keep an eye on. And her recent outing was no different. King Charles and Queen Camilla made a stop at the National Stud in Newmarket, where they met with staff and representatives from various racing charities and even had a moment with Stradivarius, the racehorse with an impressive 18 Group wins under his belt. But while the horses were the main event, we’ve got to talk about the details of Camilla’s outfit.

The queen looked effortlessly summer-ready in a flowing, patterned dress paired with a fan-shaped clutch (which, tbh, deserves its own shoutout). But it was the royal blue pendant resting at her collarbone that was a showstopper. Especially since it’s been a while since she’s been seen wearing it.

The necklace features two overlapping white enamel hearts and if it looks familiar, you’re not imagining things. Camilla wore it back on Christmas Day Service in 2022 and again during a 2023 visit to the Garden Museum in London where she opened the 2023 British Flowers Week Exhibition.

So what’s the story behind it? While the palace hasn’t confirmed anything, jewelry expert Maxwell Stone of UK retailer Steven Stone believes it’s more than just a pretty piece.

“The pendant, in a rich royal blue enamel, stands out for both its simplicity and symbolism,” Stone shared. “Blue has become a signature colour for Queen Camilla since the passing of Queen Elizabeth II—a shade traditionally associated with trust, loyalty, and calm authority.”

The expert added, “The motif of intertwined hearts is widely understood to symbolize lasting love and unity, hinting that the pendant may be a deeply personal gift—possibly from her husband, King Charles III.”

And the estimated value? Around $3,000, according to Stone.
