Princess Charlotte previously asked her doting dad Prince William to share one special piece of information with the England’s women football team. During her dad’s solo visit to St George’s Park in Burton-upon-Trent back in June 2022, Charlotte became centre stage even though she didn’t appear with him.

The team presented him with football kits for his three children – including his two sons, Prince George and Prince Louis. After receiving the presents, and posing for photographs with the team, the Prince of Wales relayed a message to the team from his then-seven-year-old daughter.

He said: “Charlotte wants me to tell you she’s really good in goal…a budding star for the future!”

Stressing it was his daughter who wanted to inform the players of her skills, William added: “She said, ‘Please can you tell them that’, and I said ‘Okay I’ll tell them’.”

Previously speaking to OK!, royal commentator Jennie Bond claimed that Charlotte is “quite sporty” like her mother, Princess Kate.

She told OK! magazine: “She’s not an overly girlie girl.

“She’s quite full-on – she’ll give her brother George a run for his money on the football pitch and she’s quite sporty in general, like her mother.”

As well as football, Kate previously mentioned her daughter’s love of gymnastics and rugby.

During an outing in Lancaster in 2023, Kate also revaled that Charlotte loved dancing. She reportedly said: “She loves ballet and tap.”

The proud mum also shared that hee daughter “spends most of her time upside-down, doing handstands and cartwheels”.
