Sienna Blake will make an unexpected discovery regarding her health on Hollyoaks, with the character left confused.
Sienna has been battling her emotions over the past month following her worrying fall, with the character believing that she could be exhibiting symptoms of Motor Neurone Disease, a condition that her uncle Patrick suffered with.
After ending her relationship with Cleo McQueen for the fear that she is seriously ill, Sienna collapsed for a second time, with her latest scare convincing her even more that she has the same condition as her uncle.
Unbeknownst to her, the collapses have been part of an elaborate plot from her family to control her, with grandmother Martha being the first to poison her. Her father Jez, despite initially being angry with Martha, later followed suit by poisoning her in a bid to keep Dodger in the village.

Next week’s scenes will begin with Sienna undergoing tests in the hospital, though she gets more than she bargained for as she bumps into Cleo. The pair’s connection is obvious, though they’re still not sure whether to pursue a relationship.
Liberty, however, is hellbent on seeing her half-sister in love, and urges Sienna to follow through on her feelings. After Sienna leaves her phone behind, Liberty senses an opportunity to be the matchmaker, but is downhearted to hear Peri warning Cleo to stay away from Sienna.
Sienna, meanwhile, is anxious over her test results, with Peri risking her job in order to give Sienna some peace of mind. As Sienna reads through her results, she struggles to comprehend the findings and is left confused – what has she discovered?

Whilst Sienna is going through her own drama, the community recently lost a valued member as Maxine Minniver decided to forge a new life away from the village, calling an end to Nikki Sanderson’s 13-year stint in the role.
“I am proud I had the honour of portraying her and working on so many incredible storylines which hopefully have made an impact and difference to our viewers,” said Sanderson following her exit. “I can honestly say I have spent over a decade working with some of the most talented, creative, kind people.”
Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
