Among the riders to hit the deck were the likes of Jonathan Milan, Geraint Thomas, Lennert Van Eetvelt, Fred Wright, Jordan Jegat, Eddie Dunbar, Soren Waerenskjold, Andreas Leknessund and Yevgeniy Fedorov.
Stage 3
The big news of the day, was the abandon of Jasper Philipsen after a really violent crash at the intermediate sprint. That was far from the only incident of the day however, as Remco Evenepoel, Jordi Meeus, Geraint Thomas, Arnaud De Lie, Cees Bol, Paul Penhoet, Emilien Jeanniere and more all hit the deck in various crashes.
Stage 4
There were yet more crashes on stage 4. Among those worst affected were Matteo Vercher, Laurence Pithie, Yevgeniy Fedorov and Mattia Cattaneo, with notable names such as Oscar Onley and Sepp Kuss also hitting the deck during the day. Thankfully though, no abandons on stage 4.
Stage 5

Stage 6
Nothing to note.
Stage 7
For both Jack Haig and Mattia Cattaneo, this was the final day of the 2025 Tour de France. Cattaneo was visibly struggling throughout the early part of the day and eventually called it quits, with teammate Remco Evenepoel revealing that persistent headaches, following a crash earlier on in the race were to blame. Haig meanwhile, was caught up in a violent crash in the GC group with around 6km to go that also saw the likes of Joao Almeida, Santiago Buitrago, Ben Healy, Enric Mas, Louis Barre, Guillaume Martin and more go down.
Stage 8
Eddie Dunbar has abandoned the race as a result of the several crashes he’s suffered the days before. Throughout the day we’ve seen crashes from riders such as Pascal Ackermann, Einer Rubio, Jonas Rutsch and Marc Soler.
Stage 9
In a blow for Tadej Pogacar, Joao Almeida abandoned the race on stage 9, unable to continue any further with the injuries sustained in his stage 7 crash. Elsewhere, there were more riders taken down in crashes, with German national champion Georg Zimmermann especially hit hard, and Soren Waerenskjold was spotted by TV cameras visibly in tears after going down himself.
Stage 10
After both Georg Zimmermann and Marijn van den Berg were DNS over night, Soren Waerenskjold was also forced to abandon relatively early on stage 10, still struggling from his crash the day prior.
Stage 11
A day that in terms of crashes looked relatively uneventful, until 4 kilometers to go when Tadej Pogacar crashed. The Slovenian has however seemingly avoided injuries after it.
Stage 12
Just the one rider departed the race. XDS Astana Team sprinter Cees Bol was a DNS at the start of the day.
Stage 13
After being left with a broken finger following a freak accident as he tried to grab a musette, Bryan Coquard bravely completed the stage 13 time trial, but is now set to abandon the race.
Stage 14
Bryan Coquard abandoned the race as a result of the injury he suffered on previous days. During the morning early in the stage Steff Cras withdrew from the race with illness; and Mattias Skjelmose followed the same path after crashing and sufering injuries to his left arm. Remco Evenepoel abandoned the race after suffering from fatigue and difficulties reaching his best level.
Stage 15
Julian Alaphilippe crashed and dislocated his shoulder early in the stage, having put it back to place himself. Simone Consonni suffered multiple abrasions in the left side of his body as a result of the same fall which also involved Florian Lipowitz, Mick van Dijke, Tiesj Benoot and Pablo Castrillo.
Stage 16
Mathieu van der Poel did not start today’s stage after being diagnosed with pneumonia, marking the end of the Dutchman’s very popular Tour de France. After the stage finish we’ve had a few incidents with Jonas Vingegaard crashing due to a photographer and Tobias Johannessen collapsing due to the effort and stomach issues.
Stage 17
Danny van Poppel abandoned the race before the start of the stage due to the birth of his child. A day with lots of crashes that have affected the peloton. In the race’s own medical report there have been several riders mentioned with meaningful injuries including Hugo Page, Louis Barré, Groupama – FDJ’s Cyril Barthe and Lewis Askey; and Biniam Girmay who was involved in the final kilometer and suffered trauma to the right shoulder, elbow and knee – with a potential fractured collarbone.
Carlos Rodríguez, Julian Alaphilippe, Magnus Cort Nielsen, Tobias Foss, Paul Penhoët, Dylan Groenewegen, Jake Stewart and Guillaume Boivin were also among those who fell during the day.
Stage 18
Carlos Rodríguez did not start the stage after having been diagnosed with a fractured pelvis after the crashes suffered the previous day. Cyril Barthe also did not start the stage due to similar reasons whilst Enric Mas did not finish the stage, lacking good form. During the stage, Gregor Muhlberger crashed.
Stage 19
Nothing to note.
Stage 20
The heavy rain made it a very complicated day out on the road. Romain Grégoire and Iván Romeo went down heavily whilst fighting for the stage win, with the Spaniard getting checked for a concussion on the spot too. Damien Touzé and Clément Venturini crashed inside the final kilometer from the peloton. Mauro Schmid and Clément Champoussin were also victims of crashes during the day.
