Plus, now that Vexus is a T-Mobile customer will have access to T-Mobile Perks, like its T-Mobile Tuesdays.
If you are already a T-Mobile customer, you’ll soon get updates as your Vexus account transfers to T-Mobile.
What Will Change for Current Vexus Customers?
Your Vexus service will continue to operate as it does now. However, you may notice changes in billing procedures. Reaching out to customer service will also eventually change, but for now, it remains the same.
Will the Cost of My Fiber Internet Increase?
According to T-Mobile, there will be no additional charges that will occur during the transfer. At this time, there are no changes to your monthly charges. If they do decide to change the cost, you will receive a notification from T-Mobile about the price change.
If you are already a T-Mobile Customer, you will eventually be able to integrate both into one single bill.
