Mateo Joseph may be affected at Leeds United this transfer window due to the demands at Elland Road.
The Spain Under-21 international struggled for game time at the Whites last season, and it isn’t surprising to see him ask for an exit.
Joseph has told Daniel Farke he wants to leave the West Yorkshire outfit, but it remains to be seen whether any team will be able to match the asking price.
Real Betis and Girona are interested in the 21-year-old, but the Peacocks could potentially have to make some concessions.

Leeds want £8.6million for Joseph this summer, which has emerged as an “obstacle” for Girona and Betis, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The news outlet reported in its print edition (29 July, page 11) that the two Spanish teams can’t afford the young centre-forward’s asking price at Elland Road.
It’s been claimed that the two LaLiga outfits are attentive to the 21-year-old’s situation at the Whites, but it remains to be seen whether the West Yorkshire outfit will agree on a transfer anytime soon.
Joseph’s Championship record last season.
Daniel Farke arguably won’t want to see Joseph leave as it would lead to a lack of depth in the number nine position.
Joel Piroe was the German manager’s first-choice striker last season as the Whites won the Championship title, but the Dutchman can’t be expected to shoulder the goalscoring burden in the Premier League.
The 48-year-old may also be worried about Dan James’ poor form during pre-season, and should demand additional reinforcements up front.

Patrick Bamford is deemed surplus to requirements by Farke, and the English forward’s exit from LS11 seems like a matter of time.
The German manager won’t be pleased about the prospect of losing two number nines without any replacement coming through the door at Leeds.
Igor Paixao was a concrete target at Elland Road, but the Brazilian winger is on his way to Olympique Marseille.
Joseph’s future is certainly one to keep an eye on, and it will be interesting to see what will happen in the final month of the transfer window.
