Jubilee Hall, a former ambulance station close to Bristol’s Harbourside, is entering a new chapter as the home of event management businesses.

Designed and fitted out by Swindon-based Kerr Office Group, the building is now the head office of ABM Alliance, one of the fastest-rising businesses in its sector.

ABM Alliance has more than 40 years’ experience in curating B2B events, pairing its network of senior and C-suite executives with world-leading businesses, including rapid-growth Bristol software development and digital services specialist Amdaris and US security group Orca.

Co-founders and co-CEOs Jack Thompson and Gabriel Pike said:  “This project was an ambitious one, transforming a dated, historic structure into a modern, functional office space while preserving its original character.

“The most important thing was having a space where ABM could grow and flourish as a company. We really wanted to build a culture in which our team felt it was a home from home.

“The result is a stunning workspace which is not just the new home for ABM but shows the beginning of what is to come.”

The firm was previously based in a serviced office building in Bristol city centre.

Jon Kerr, founder and managing director of Kerr Office Group, said: “ABM Alliance had a crystal-clear vision for their space: professional, energetic and unapologetically unique. As a founder-led business ourselves, we understood the emotional investment behind that vision.

“Our job was to design and deliver a workspace that doesn’t just support how their team works, it amplifies it. Jubilee Hall is a testament to what can happen when strategic thinking meets bold ambition.”

Kerr was launched by Jon Kerr more than 30 years ago and has become renowned for class-leading services and products, developing inspirational and successful workspaces and commercial environments.

Its recent projects have included The Welcome Building and Wapping Wharf in Bristol and offices for Improve International and Method Consulting in Swindon.
