A man has been jailed after illegally dumping waste in Derbyshire.
Dwayne Simpson had denied three offences of dumping rubbish in Eckington in March 2024, and not having the right documentation to carry waste.
But Simpson, of Moor Crescent in Mosborough, Sheffield, was found guilty at a trial earlier this year at Northern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court in Chesterfield.
And this month, the 22-year-old was handed a jail sentence of 13 weeks.
