The Maybank development, on the former Sandvik HQ in Manor Way, is made up of 61 two-to four-bedroom homes, plus two one-bedroom maisonettes.
More than forty per cent of the homes on the 61-property site have already been sold.

The first completed homes are already occupied as work, which is expected to be completed by December, continues.
Prices range from £210k for a one-bed maisonette and £575k for a four-bed home over two floors.

Manufacturing firm Sandvik Coromant UK sold off part of its sprawling site off the busy dual carriageway and built a new HQ on the remainder to retain its presence in Halesowen.
