In UFC, he was known as “The Dentist.”

Darren Stewart has been tapped to headline Misfits Boxing 21 opposite fellow UFC export Darren “The Gorilla” Till on Fri., May 16, 2025 at Valliant Live in Derby, UK. The DAZN-streamed boxing event will be co-headlined by Idris Virgo vs. Ty Mitchell for the Misfits light heavyweight title.

Wear that belt proudly, champ.

Misfits Boxing 21 was originally booked for March 29 in Manchester; however, KSI was forced to bail on his Dillon Danis showdown after coming down with a mysterious illness. Why that bout was not a part of the revamped Misfits Boxing 21 lineup is unclear, but hopefully this starving boxer got the memo.

What a waste of pancakes.

The May 16 lineup also includes the heavyweight title fight between Chase DeMoor and Tanner Tolman. Elsewhere on the card, silliness ensues when Big Tobz, Curtis Pritchard, Godson Umeh, and Tempo Arts collide in a heavyweight tag team match. Hopefully those names mean something to you because I got nothing.

Expect all eyes to be on Till’s conditioning as we get close to fight night. “The Gorilla” was roasted on social media for showing up to this presser massively overweight. Till’s most recent appearance for Misfits Boxing resulted in a knockout victory over Bellator MMA veteran Anthony Taylor.

Expect more Misfits Boxing 21 fight card announcements in the coming days.
