Police descended on a street in Stockbridge Village after officers were reportedly attacked.
Merseyside Police confirmed officers were called to reports of a disturbance at a property on Brandearth Hey in Stockbridge Village just after 7pm on Saturday, August 2. The ECHO understands the incident involved three police officers.
Photos show multiple police vehicles and a matrix van at the scene.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assault by beating of an emergency worker x3.

Police said both remain in custody and enquiries remain ongoing.
