Councillor Heather Delaney, cabinet member for Economy, Business and Skills, said: “Sometimes, young people may need information or advice to help them in navigating the world of work and that’s what our Employment and Skills Team is here for.

“The team supports young people in developing their skills for work and helps to set them on the path to a successful career.

“We are always working with local employers and training providers to ensure that residents can access the right training for the skills that the local employers are looking for. I’d encourage everyone to get in touch and find out more about the support on offer.”
