FASTSIGNS Sheffield has marked 30 years of business with an anniversary celebration event, held at its centre on Old Station Drive.
FASTSIGNS Sheffield has supported a range of local businesses, organisations, and institutions throughout its history with signage, branding, and visual communication solutions. Its work in the wider Sheffield area has included contracts with high street shops, hospitals, schools, stadiums, and city-wide events.
The event brought together customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners from across the region, with attendees reminiscing on three decades of collaboration.
As well as marking a business milestone, the event also celebrated the first anniversary of Martin Slater taking on the role of director at FASTSIGNS Sheffield.
Speaking at the event, Slater said: “Since taking on the role, I’ve been proud to build on the foundations laid out by previous owners Garth and Paul Allison, working alongside an incredibly dedicated team who care deeply about delivering great work for local businesses.
“From designers and production specialists to customer service and installation experts, it’s very much a team effort. As we look to the future, our focus is on innovation, continued investment, and working even more closely with the Sheffield business community. We’re excited about what’s next.”
The signage company’s recent projects include rebranding work for the Play Padel sports centre, signage for the Molly Limpets costume company, and displays for Styr Bistro and Greencore, both in the food and drink sector.
Slater added: “Reaching 30 years is a huge achievement and a real reflection of the team’s hard work, quality, and consistency over the decades.
“It was fantastic to celebrate this milestone with so many of our customers, partners, and colleagues; people who have supported the business and been part of its journey, including many of the community who have warmly welcomed me into the centre over the last year.”
This year FASTSIGNS has celebrated the 30th anniversary of the franchisee being location in the UK, having been established in 1995 following FASTSIGNS success in the US since 1985.
FASTSIGNS UK currently operates 23 centres nationwide, with plans to open four new centres in Bristol, Liverpool, Edinburgh, and Cambridge.
Speaking about FASTISGNS UK’s 30th anniversary, John Davies, UK managing director, says: “We take time to understand the communities we’re part of, becoming a familiar presence and building relationships that last. Many of our customers have also stayed with us since the early days, reflecting the trust and consistency we aim to deliver.”
FASTSIGNS will exhibit at the inaugural edition of The Sign Show from September 23rd to 25 at the NEC Birmingham.
