Nearby owners or occupiers of land who feel the proposal may affect their use or enjoyment of that land can make their views known in writing.
Written representations should be sent to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE within 21 days of the notice, which was first published on August 7.
