Temperatures are forecast to gradually rise from 25C on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to 27C on Monday and Tuesday.
Wednesday will bring highs of 29C before dipping slightly to 28C on Thursday.
According to the Met Office, the Spanish island of Ibiza will also be 29C on Wednesday and 28C on Thursday.

The warm weather comes after Norfolk was placed under an amber heat health alert in July and a heatwave brought highs of 30C in June.
These hotter periods have been closely followed by storms, with several weather warnings issued.
The Met Office’s long-range weather forecast says this pattern could repeat itself again.
It says “above average temperatures overall seem most likely” for the end of August, “with the potential for further hot spells to develop”.
By the beginning of September, “there are signals for high pressure to become less dominant with perhaps a greater chance of some rain, possibly more likely in the south at first, though there is some uncertainty in this aspect of the forecast”.
