Stan Collymore has predicted the position he thinks Leeds United will finish in the 2025/26 Premier League season.
The Whites secured promotion to the Premier League last time out, and Daniel Farke will be hoping that their stay in the top flight is not short-lived.
Leeds have made a number of quality signings, including Anton Stach, Sean Longstaff and Jaka Bijol, to give themselves the best chance of avoiding relegation.

Former Liverpool striker Collymore shared his 1-20 predicted positions and has backed the Reds to retain the league title.
He’s also tipped two of the three newly-promoted sides to get relegated, along with Brentford – who he predicts will finish 18th.
Collymore believes Leeds United have what it takes to avoid relegation and predicts them to be in 17th place come the end of May.
Many have backed them to go back down, so this undoubtedly is him going against the grain.
The primary goal for the Whites will be to avoid relegation and the 49ers will take finishing fourth from bottom before a ball has been kicked.

Farke needs to ensure Leeds are extremely hard to play against
Farke’s emphasis on Leeds United maintaining a tight defensive structure out of possession is imperative and it stems from his experiences at Norwich City, where defensive frailties contributed to relegation from the Premier League in both the 2019/20 and 2021/22 seasons.
At Norwich, Farke’s teams were known for an attractive, possession-based style, but their vulnerability without the ball was stark and were among the worst in the league at shipping in goals.
High-pressing opponents exploited Norwich’s lack of compactness, leading to turnovers and defensive collapses.
Learning from this, the German has to prioritise a disciplined, organised defensive shape at Leeds to avoid similar pitfalls.
By maintaining a compact block, they can limit spaces for opponents to exploit, reduce transition vulnerabilities, and ensure defensive stability, especially in the high-intensity Premier League.
This approach reflects Farke’s adaptation to prioritise solidity over expansive play, aiming to build a resilient foundation for the Whites’ survival push, leveraging lessons from Norwich’s relegations to create a balanced, competitive side capable of sustaining pressure and minimising defensive errors.
