Acting Chief Bobby Day says KSP is in the final stages of its investigation.
He says once the investigation is complete. If it finds wrongdoing, he says all those responsible will be disciplined. Day also addressed how long the investigation is taking.
“Neither the London Police Department, the mayor’s office, nor the City of London has any control whatsoever over the investigation or how long it takes,” Chief Day said.
Active Chief Day also addressed a video that surfaced on social media. He says it involves two former employees of the police department. A sexual harassment complaint has been alleged by one of the two people in the video. Day says the video was taken about two years ago, but was never brought to anyone’s attention until now. He says that because the two individuals no longer work at the department, no disciplinary action can be taken.
