Eurostat: 86% of citizens in Albania use the internet, young people at the top of the list

The latest Eurostat data shows that 86% of citizens in Albania are internet users, while among young people aged 16-29 this number reaches over 99%, exceeding the European average of 2% by 97%.

In Albania, as in EU countries, young people are much more likely to be active on social networks compared to the total population. Creating personal profiles, posting messages and online activities remain among the most widespread practices among this age group.
