Q: I emailed the UK HMRC (His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) to request a call-back regarding my eligibility for a UK state pension.

Prior to that, I had sent correspondence via registered post – including a completed CF83 form to HMRC. However, eight weeks have passed since my registered letters have been sent and I have received no answer to them.
