Recruitment Firm Launches New Company Focused on Permanent Placements

NuStaff, a recruitment agency operating across South Wales and the West of England, has launched a new sister company, Winberry, to focus exclusively on permanent recruitment.

The move follows a year of growth since NuStaff’s management buyout in 2024. The firm said the creation of Winberry marked a significant milestone in its continued growth and follows a year of strong performance post-MBO, including 92% revenue growth and early repayment of a Development Bank of Wales loan.
