Santa Maria has been at the very top of London’s pizza game since it opened up on Valentine’s Day in 2010. That love story between them and Ealing has grown over the years, and they are celebrating this month by giving away free pizzas.

Their site on Ealing’s Bond Street (no, not the other one) is opening its doors once again after a refurbishment to its home location. Santa Maria now has five sites, but Ealing is known as its home. They’ll have 150 free pizzas to give away on Thursday, August 28 to celebrate the site’s reopening and thank the public for the area’s loyal customer base after turning 15 this year.

Speaking on the news, Angelo Ambrosio and Pasquale Chionchio, Co-Founders of Santa Maria, said: “Ealing will always be home for us. It’s where Santa Maria was born, where our roots are, and where our families live. This community has given us so much over the years, and redoing the Ealing branch feels like a full circle moment.

“The move to Bond Street happened during a challenging time for everyone, but now we’re proud to give Ealing the branch it truly deserves, a place that reflects our love for this neighbourhood and the people who are part of our Santa Maria family.”

Santa Maria first opened on St Mary’s Road in Ealing in a tiny 26-seater restaurant beside the Red Lion pub. They relocated 500 metres to their current Ealing site during lockdown in 2020 to create new space for diners, and now you can also find Santa Maria in Fulham, Islington, Kew Gardens & Paddington.

Santa Maria will be giving away 150 free pizzas on Thursday, August 28, which is when they will unveil their newly-refurbished site in Ealing, 11 Bond Street, W5 5AP.
