Authorities believe one of the UK’s most wanted criminals may be hiding in Ellesmere Port. Tadas Kuslevicius was jailed in 2021 for attempted kidnapping after he grabbed the hand of a five-year-old girl in an Asda supermarket.
The alarming incident occurred at the store in Queensferry, Flintshire. During the court proceedings at Mold Crown Court in 2021, it was revealed that Kuslevicius “gestured to the child” and took hold of her hand, reports CheshireLive.
The girl was briefly led away before she managed to run back to her mother. Kuslevicius, now 36, served a 10-week prison sentence but subsequently failed to comply with the requirements of his post-custody supervision.
Consequently, a warrant for his arrest was issued in 2022. He is currently listed by CrimeStoppers as one of the UK’s most wanted fugitives.

“He has links to the Deeside area of North Wales as well as Ellesmere Port. We are seeking any information regarding his current location.”
Kuslevicius is approximately 6ft tall, has a medium build, and features brown hair and brown eyes.
