Liverpool winger Ben Doak could reportedly leave the club this summer, with the Reds now prepared to accept an offer from Leeds United.

Liverpool winger Ben Doak could reportedly leave Anfield this summer amid interest from Leeds United and West Ham United

The 19-year-old was signed by the Reds in 2022 from Celtic, and he has already made several first-team appearances for the club.

Doak spent the last season on loan at Middlesbrough, where he made a strong impact and caught the attention of Ipswich Town and Crystal Palace.

The Reds rejected a bid in the region of £20m for Doak in January, but Liverpool could be prepared to sell him if the offer is right.

According to a report from Football Insider, the Reds could accept an offer in the region of £20m for Doak this summer.

The Whites are looking to bolster their attacking areas, especially wing areas, and they have earmarked Doak as a potential option.

Leeds were reportedly interested in signing Feyenoord winger Igor Paixao, but they lost to Marseille in the race. Daniel Farke needs one quality young winger, and Doak fits the bill.

Likewise, West Ham are looking to find a replacement for Mohammed Kudus, who left the club to join Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

The report claims that Liverpool will not stand in Doak’s way if a suitable offer arrives.

Should Liverpool look to sell Doak?

The Scotland international has reportedly impressed Arne Slot in pre-season matches, and it makes a lot of sense for the Reds to keep him unless the offer is too good to refuse.

Liverpool are short of options in their forward areas after selling Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez, and Slot can use young brigades like Doak and Rio Ngumoha in different cup competitions.

Harvey Elliott could reportedly leave the club this summer, and if he does, Doak will have a great opportunity to play frequently in the first team on the right-hand side, although he will mostly have to settle for a substitute role.
