The big day is just about a week away: a fresh slate of Pixels will debut at the Made By Google event in seven days and some change. But don’t expect many surprises, especially after months of leaks — and now Google itself — have given us up-close-and-personal looks at every phone in the series.

Last week, Google threw some shade at Apple Intelligence while teasing the Pixel 10 Pro in a video uploaded to its YouTube channel. Today, the company is giving us a few glamour shots of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold with a teaser titled “Open” (via Android Authority).

A teaser without all the teasing

This new video has the same aesthetic as the other official promotional materials we’ve seen from Google so far — first, the Google Store gave us a glimpse, then the Pixel 10 urged us to “get outside [our] comfort phone.” In all three teasers, the phones are shown in silhouette with reflections of light dancing off their subtle curves.

Like last week’s, today’s teaser is accompanied by a voice-over and the instrumental track from Dr. Dre’s The Next Episode. But unlike the earlier video, this one doesn’t use the playful audio track to take a cheap shot at Apple — at least, not openly.

The Pixel 10’s teaser trolled Apple’s smarter Siri rollout by saying “If you buy a new phone because of a feature that’s coming soon, but it’s been a full year, you could change your definition of ‘soon’ or you could just change your phone.”

However, today’s Pixel 10 Pro Fold teaser took the high road, opting to highlight the phone’s unique form-factor instead of putting down the competition.

‘Opening your brand-new phone, and then opening your brand-new phone’

While the Pixel 10 Pro Fold poses for the camera — first showing its hinge and outer frame, then unfolding to reveal the inner screen — the voice-over says, “When it comes to technology, there are few feelings as good as opening your brand-new phone. Except, of course, opening your brand-new phone, and then opening your brand-new phone.”

The phone in the video sports Google’s new Moonstone colorway, which we first learned about from a leak in early July. When the phone unfolds, you can clearly see its stock wallpaper, and it looks a lot like the wallpapers we saw for the rest of the series just yesterday.

A few of the previous Pixel 10 Pro Fold leaks we’ve seen

Not many other changes are immediately visible, at least when compared to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. But we’ll find out exactly what has changed when the full Pixel 10 and Pixel Watch 4 lineup is revealed at the Made By Google event on August 20th.
