A man had to be cut out of the car after it flipped on a main road. Emergency services were called to Pump Lane in Greasby at around 4.25pm on Tuesday, August 12.
It followed a report of a crash and Merseyside Police said it appeared a Vauxhall Crossland overturned on the main road. Eyewitnesses said the road was closed and an air ambulance and paramedics was also called to the scene. A spokesperson for the force said a man inside the car had to be cut free by Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.
The man was taken to hospital with an arm injury.
