Leeds United begin their Premier League campaign by taking on Everton at Elland Road on Monday 18 August.
Leeds have made seven new signings so far as the 49ers attempt to equip Daniel Farke with the tools he needs to help United avoid an immediate relegation back to the Championship.
Farke has been tipped to struggle by the likes of Rio Ferdinand, but the German manager will have a chip on his shoulder and enter the season knowing he has a point to prove after two disappointing spells in the top-flight with Norwich.
With the game against Everton at Elland Road under the floodlights, we at MOT Leeds News predict which of the new signings will get what is certain to be a baptism of fire in the famous white shirt.

Leeds finally addressed their goalkeeping issue that has been plaguing them for years when they signed Brazilian shot-stopper Perri from Lyon.
Gudmundsson was also brought in to become Farke’s starting left-back following the departure of Junior Firpo after his contract expired earlier in the summer.
If these two are fit, it is hard to imagine a world in which they don’t start, not just against Everton but throughout the entirety of the Premier League campaign.
Leeds’ depth in these positions, particularly at full-back, is concerning, and Farke will be hoping these two hit the ground running immediately.

Stach was immense against AC Milan in pre-season, and his underlying data suggest he could be one of the signings of the summer.
Despite Leeds having strength in depth in their engine room, Stach looks as though he will be one of the first names on the team sheet, with Farke being impressed with his new midfielder so far.
With that said, Leeds supporters can also expect cameo appearances from multiple other of their new additions when they take on Everton.
- Anton Stach – nailed on to start
- Lucas Perri – nailed on to start
- Gabriel Gudmundsson – nailed on to start
- Lukas Nmecha – more likely to be utilised as a substitute, but could start
- Sean Longstaff – more likely to be utilised as a substitute, but could start
- Jaka Bijol – unavailable through suspension
- Sebastiaan Bornauw – unlikely to feature after missing multiple pre-season friendlies through injury
