Cliffe House Training Academy, part of Cliffe House Day Nurseries Ltd, is an independent training provider, based in Horsforth.
It specialises in early years apprenticeship training across early years settings in Yorkshire, as well as its own seven nursery settings.
Inspectors praised the academy’s “high standards and expectations,” highlighting how apprentices develop quickly into confident, professional practitioners.
Tutors were recognised for their “wealth of experience” and “stimulating lessons”.
Employers praised the seamless integration of workplace and classroom training, ensuring apprentices make “exceptional progress from their starting points.”
The report also noted that all apprentices who have completed their courses to date have passed, with many achieving distinction grades and taking on greater responsibilities, such as room leader positions.
