Two men jumped from a window as police attended an early hours ‘disturbance’ in Tameside.
Officers were called out to a property on Market Street, in Stalybridge, at around 3am this morning (August 16).
Greater Manchester Police says it was called out to reports of a disturbance involving a group of men.
One of the two men who jumped as police arrived on the scene was later taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Images from the scene show a large emergency services presence close to Stalybridge bus station.
Several GMP vehicles were seen in attendance, alongside firefighters and ambulances.
A police helicopter was also seen above the area.
Three men – aged 29, 34 and 41 – were all arrested on suspicion of affray in connection with the disturbance.
A GMP spokesperson said: “Officers attended an address on Market Street, Stalybridge, shortly before 3am this morning (August 16) following a disturbance between a group of men.
“Upon arrival, two men jumped from the property’s window, with one sustaining serious injuries.
“He was taken to hospital for treatment where he remains.

“Three men, aged 29, 34 and 41 have been arrested on suspicion of affray and remain in custody.
“Enquiries are ongoing into the full circumstances which led to the incident, but there is not thought to be a wider public risk.”
