Two teenage boys are set to appear in court following an alleged assault with a weapon in Atherton.
Officers were called out to Gloucester Street following reports of an assault at 5.30pm on Wednesday evening (August 13).
A 17-year-old boy was allegedly injured in the incident.
Greater Manchester Police previously said that two boys, aged 15 and 17, had been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation.

In an update issued today (Saturday), GMP confirmed that the two boys, from Wigan borough, have now been charged.
They were both charged with Section 18 assault and possession of an offensive weapon.
The pair cannot be named for legal reasons.
They have been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court today.
A GMP spokesperson added: “Officers investigating this incident are still appealing for any further information which could assist.
