This three-bedroom house in Birmingham could be yours for as little as £10,000.

That’s because the end-of-terrace property, located in Kenelm Road, Small Heath, is set to go under the hammer next month.

The property, which has a small garden, needs a lot of work and care.

However, it could be ideal for first-time buyers trying to get on the property ladder who have extra money behind them.

It has a hall, two reception rooms, a kitchen without fittings, a landing, three bedrooms and a bathroom without fittings.

The property has essentially been taken back to bare brick and requires a full programme of renovation works throughout.

It will go under the hammer with auctioneers Bond Wolfe on Thursday, September 11.

The property firm said: “Due to the condition of the property, no internal access will be provided prior to the auction.

“Any successful purchaser must make their own access arrangements following completion.

“At the time of going to print, we were unable to inspect the property internally and therefore the accommodation details should not be relied upon.”

The property will have a guide price of £10,000 – which means the minimum amount it can sell for at auction.
