Three people were seen being attacked at a block of flats in Bristol.
Yesterday evening (Monday, August 18), a passer-by reported the incident on Burton Close, Redcliffe.
They said that at just after 6.15pm they saw a person attacking three others.
The caller said all parties had left the scene when they called police.
Avon and Somerset Police investigated the report but said no-one had come forward so far as a victim.
They are asking anyone with any information or footage to contact the police.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “Police had a third-party report of an assault at a block of flats in Burton Close, Bristol.
“It was called in by a passer-by just after 6.15pm on Monday, August 18, who said three people were being assaulted by a fourth.
“The caller told officers all parties had already left the scene.
“No one has come forward as a victim of an assault at the location.
“If you have any information, CCTV or dashcam footage which could help to establish what happened, please call 101 and give the reference 5225233680.
