Wildfires in Portugal have caused the death of a third person trying to tackle the blazes, with another 15 people injured as they battled to contain four large fires in the north and centre of the country.
It’s been even more deadly in Spain, which is experiencing some of its worst wildfires for decades, with temperatures soaring as high as 44 celsius.
While the extreme weather also triggered a tornado in southern Spain.
