In case you missed it, my reply was to the comment that “Bakhram Murtazaliev would crush either one”. I’m not out here beating the drum for Lubin or Ortiz, claiming they’re monsters that everybody is ducking. And with no basis for that other than he crushed Tim Tszyu and “everybody is avoiding him.”

Name 2 top guys Lubin beat? lol He got knocked out twice and barely beat Ramos, who’s nothing special. He had a chance to go for a belt, and he didn’t. Why? I’m not sure about Lubin being naturally bigger simply because he’s always fought at 154. Ortiz obviously wasn’t meant to be fighting at 147, at least not for as long as he did. And I’m also not convinced Lubin punches harder or that Vergil’s power hasn’t translated up. I think the main think about Ortiz is that the competition

Nah. I’m looking forward to this fight, but I’m WAY more interested Fundora vs. Thurman. My boy Keith back in a big fight finally. It’ll be interesting all the way from the announcement, through the lead up, and into the fight.
