Commuters on bus service 132 got more than they bargained for when two men started fighting on board on Aug 21.

Stomper Tong shared clips of the dispute with Stomp and said it happened at about 8am.

“At first, the old man was standing next to the young man,” said the Stomper.

“After a while, the old man looked uncomfortable and shouted at the young man before kicking him. Then they started arguing and the young man punched the old man’s face.

“The bus stopped for a while because of the fight, and both of them got off at the next stop to continue fighting.”

In the video, the two men can be heard hurling vulgarities at each other while the bus captain tries to intervene, telling them “no fighting”.

The quarrel escalates when the younger man, clad in a white T-shirt, asks: “This one your house ah? Come come come.”

After they alight at a bus stop near Block 427 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, the older man assumes a boxer’s stance before kicking his opponent.

Both men are then seen running around each other as the bus drives away.

In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that a report was lodged and said they are looking into the matter.

Stomp has contacted SBS Transit for more information.
