Alexandre steps into the Iberian leadership role following her tenure as marketing director for Pandora’s “WEEU cluster,” which refers to Western Europe. According to the company, “she has contributed decisively to the strategic positioning of the brand, leading campaigns that have strengthened Pandora’s connection with its consumers.”
The brand also highlights Alexandre’s retail experience, her ability to lead multicultural teams, and her strategic vision. “Aurélie arrives in Iberia with the aim of driving sustainable growth, further strengthening the corporate culture and fostering closeness with customers in both countries,” the company added.
“I am very excited to begin this new stage in Iberia, a region with great talent, energy and commitment. I am confident that, together with the local teams, we will continue to build a bright future for Pandora in southern Europe,” said Alexandre.
Pandora currently operates in more than 100 countries through 6,400 points of sale and employs around 33,000 people. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen and listed on the Danish stock exchange.
In the second half of the current fiscal year, the company reported 3% like-for-like sales growth, slightly below analysts’ expectations of 4%. Operating profit during the period was 1.29 billion Danish kroner (€172.85 million), in line with forecasts.
