There’s one item die-hard wrestling fans can buy in Birmingham tonight – but it’ll set them back £600.

WWE Monday Night RAW is being broadcast for the first time in 12 years from Birmingham – at bp pulse LIVE (formerly Resorts World Arena).

Hundreds and hundreds of fans were spotted queuing at bp pulse LIVE this evening – some waiting more than an hour – for £40 John Cena t-shirts.

But our eagle-eyed reporter Robson McCallister spotted something else on sale – a £600 championship belt.

Fans can tune in to tonight’s WWE Monday Night RAW on Netflix this evening, with it kicking off at 8pm.

Roman Reigns, CM Punk and Becky Lynch are among the superstars expected for an entertaining night of WWE.

Our reporter Robson is at the venue in Birmingham to report those little details you might not see broadcast on screen tonight.

He said after taking a nosey round the merchandise stand: “The belt is £600!!!!!

“That’s crazy prices. The fans at the front of the queue say they have waited over an hour to get there.”

He added: “Hundreds upon hundreds of wrestling fans are waiting in line moments before Monday Night Raw returns for the first time in 12 years.

“Replica championship belts, t shirts of professional wrestlers and posters are among the merchandise in stock.”
