Russel Martin is still looking for his first league win as Rangers manager. He hoped that would come last weekend when they reversed their decision to postpone the match against St Mirren, but the buddies held them to a 1-1 draw.

The Scottish FA have confirmed that Don Robertson will referee the first Glasgow Derby of the season when Celtic travel to Ibrox this Sunday.

Robertson will oversee the high-stakes clash, with Daniel McFarlane and Chris Rae named as his assistants on the day.

In the VAR room, Andrew Dallas will be on duty as the lead official, supported by fellow Premiership referee Calum Scott.

It’s a huge fixture for both sides, with Celtic currently holding a six-point lead at the top of the table after Rangers dropped points at St Mirren over the weekend. Brendan Rodgers’ side head into the derby unbeaten, while Russell Martin is still searching for his first league win as Rangers boss.

All eyes will be on Ibrox for the midday kick-off, with both teams under pressure to deliver and the officials set for another intense afternoon in the Glasgow spotlight.
