Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet were noticeably absent from the first season of With Love, Meghan, which aired in March. Fans are eagerly anticipating whether they will appear in the second season of Meghan Markle‘s Netflix show, which is set to release on Tuesday of this week.
Meghan and Prince Harry, who still retain the title of Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are parents to 6-year-old Archie and 4-year-old Lili.
Known for fiercely protecting their children, the couple has kept details and images of Archie and Lilibet largely out of the public eye, save for a few rare Instagram posts by Meghan, reports Daily Express UK.

PR expert Rhea Freeman suggests that it’s unlikely we’ll see Archie and Lilibet on the show this season.
Freeman said, “I would be really surprised if Lilibet and Archie appeared in this series in any meaningful way—and this isn’t a criticism; it’s based on what Harry and Meghan have shown us of the children online in recent years.”
She added: “If we look at Meghan’s Instagram, for example, we sometimes see the back of the children’s heads, and there have been images of them as tiny babies, but when there’s a shot shared showing the children’s faces, they are obscured with an emoji.”
She revealed that there’s a significant reason why the couple is keeping their children “protected and safe.”
Harry and Meghan are ‘fiercely protective’ of their children
She explained: “Both Harry and Meghan have also been very vocal about the dangers of children on social media, and although this is TV vs. Social media, it still gives the children additional exposure to the public in a way that makes them recognizable.
“Given the criticism the couple has faced, and the regular mentions around security, not showing the children’s faces on TV makes perfect sense as a way to help keep them more protected and safe.”
Archi and Lili are not expected to appear in Meghan’s Netflix series
The last post that featured Archie and Lilibet on Meghan’s Instagram was shared in celebration of Father’s Day in June.
The heartwarming video displays moments, likely captioned by Meghan, of the family’s “favorite guy” with their children.
Although Meghan will post pictures with their faces covered, in some clips, you can see their son’s face.
