Hotwire Communications has announced its expansion into the Orlando market. Backed by a $50 million investment to build fiber infrastructure across the region, this move brings Hotwire’s revolutionary Fision Fiber Optic Network to Central Florida along with 60 new jobs – and growing – to support local operations.
Hotwire’s Orlando team includes key leadership such as Dan Hakker, Senior Vice President of Fision Enterprise, and Nick Lamberti, Vice President of Enterprise Sales. The company’s expansion is creating jobs and building a new standard of connectivity for homeowners’ associations, master-planned communities, and businesses across the region.
Unlike traditional providers, Hotwire’s service model emphasizes hyper-local operations and decision-making. The company’s leadership and service teams are in-house employees that live in the communities they serve, offering customers a local, personal level of support.
In many communities, Hotwire goes a step further, staffing on-site support teams 5–6 days a week. Residents get face-to-face assistance, proactive service, and regular educational events—all designed to keep people connected without the typical frustration.
Joe Ferst, Regional Executive Vice President, Hotwire Communications
We know the telecom industry isn’t exactly famous for great customer service. That’s why we built Hotwire to be different. Our expansion into the market is more than just a network build – it’s a long-term commitment to the community. We’re proud to bring a future-proof solution to Orlando, along with a team of local experts who live here and are deeply invested in the community.
