Police have launched an urgent appeal for help after a woman went missing alongside her dog. South Wales Police confirmed that 68-year-old Frances Boyd was last seen on Wednesday, August 27, at around 1.30pm on Minehead Avenue in Sully, in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The force added that Frances had the family brown Labrador with her.
