The second season of Love Is Blind UK is currently underway on Netflix.
This year’s show kicked off of 13th August, with a new group of singles meeting in the pods. Out of this emerged five couples, with their wedding date set for three weeks later.
While it wasn’t meant to be for Katisha and Javen, who called it quits ahead of the big day, four more couples continued on their journey and made it down the aisle.
But, did any of them actually get married? And more importantly, are they still together today (almost a year on from filming)?
Here’s everything we know from the wedding episodes and a little digging of our own…
The couples in Love Is Blind UK season two are:
- Ashleigh and Billy – Married
- Sarover and Kal – Married
- Megan and Kieran – Married
- Bardha and Jed – not together as of episode 10
- Katisha and Javen – not together as of episode 8

Relationship status: Married (As far as we know)
30-year-old Ashleigh and 35-year-old Billy were the first couple to get engaged on this year’s Love Is Blind UK. They formed a bond very quickly and discussed everything about each other, including their plans to go to a country music gig together. Billy revealed he had previously been married but that in the end the marriage hadn’t worked out and he wanted to make sure if he got married again it would be for good.
The couple hit one stumbling block after Billy doubted if the connection could work because of their jobs. He’s in the army and she’s cabin crew. He’d previously dated someone in cabin crew and found that because of conflicting schedules they found it hard to be together.
Ashleigh soothed his worries by saying she could look to do a different style of job if things progressed, and they got back on track. They got on so well that the pair confessed their feelings of love for each other and Billy proposed.
Their time during the trip to Cyprus went swimmingly, however, when they got back to the UK that’s when the trouble started to arise. The pair disagreed over their food shopping habits, with Billy insisting on a very strict diet that Ashleigh didn’t feel comfortable adopting. It led to a tough conversation with Ashleigh talking about her own food journey during her teen years. They did manage to speak about the issue further with the pair coming to a compromise.
When it came to meeting their families, they all got on super well with Ashleigh confessing to Billy’s mum she couldn’t wait for her to become her mother-in-law. However, while that side of things may be going well, for Billy, the doubt over whether the relationship will work out because of their different jobs is still weighing heavy on his mind.
A teaser for their wedding day, saw Billy saying: “I hope she can forgive me”, leading many to think they wouldn’t get married, but if you’ve seen the weddings you will know that they did indeed tie the knot.
While Billy expressed doubts to Kal during the stag do, saying that he would say no if he had to make the decision now, by their big day, it was 100 percent yes – congratulations!
Filming took place last year, so we had a look to see wherever there’s any signs that they’re still happily married on their Instagram accounts, but it’s hard to say right now. While
Neither are following each other, but that’s usually the case while the show is still on. We’ll have to wait until Sunday’s reunion to see how married life has been for these two.
Sarover and Kal
Netflix
Netflix
Relationship status: Married (As far as we know)
Sarover, 29, and Kal, 32, hit things off from the get go and their time in the pods went pretty smoothly for the first few dates. Their one point of possible contention was their different backgrounds. Kal is half-Pakistani and Sarover is Indian. The pair acknowledged how this has previously been an issue for their communities due to India and Pakistan’s history.
However, after speaking it through, the pair decided it wouldn’t be an issue for them and they would pursue dating each other. And they ended up getting engaged.
During their time in Cyprus, Sarover expressed her doubts over the relationship, worrying that the other women in the experiment were more of Kal’s type than she was, as he previously hadn’t dated an Indian woman. The pair discussed this and Kal attempted to reassure Sarover of his feelings for her.
When the pair returned to the UK, their meeting with Kal’s family went well, with his mum and grandma really seeming to get on well with Sarover. However, Sarover’s family were very resistant to wanting to meet Kal and couldn’t understand why Sarover had entered the experiment.
They did eventually come round and meet up with Kal and Sarover. While the dinner did get off to an uncomfortable start eventually Sarover’s mum did get Kal and the wedding her approval.
It looked like it could all be over for Kal and Sarover as a teaser for their wedding day saw him ripping up his vow cards, but it turns out that Kal wanted to speak from the heart – and that he did, telling Sarover that she’s all he’s ever wanted in a wife. The pair both said “I do” and celebrated with some Indian and Pakistani touches as a nod to both their heritage.
Megan and Kieran

Relationship status: Married (As far as we know)
Megan, 28, and Kieran, also 28, were two third of one of this season’s biggest love triangles. Kieran was also getting to know 28-year-old Sophie. He got on well with both women, but after a few dates with Megan he felt the pair had gotten pretty serious and opened up about their emotions. In contrast he found that Sophie was holding back on opening up, which he was struggling with.
Kieran then made it pretty clear who he was more interested in getting to know during one of his dates with Megan when he gifted her a present from Japan. Sophie found out about the gift and was hurt, and saw it as essentially a rejection from Kieran.
She then called him out on the gift and said she wasn’t interested in getting to know him. Sophie then quit the experiment.
Kieran and Megan then continued to get to know each other and Kieran ended up proposing to Megan.
These two have continued being very cute in the next set of episodes, with their main obstacle being Kieran feeling insecure that Megan hasn’t said “I love you” to him. However, as the series progressed she did end up saying it to him first and showing off more of her love for him.
The pair met with Kieran’s friends who all seemed to really like Megan, but just questioned the timing of the relationship.
When the cast all went on a night out and reunited with Sophie from the pods, it didn’t have an impact on the pair and instead brought them closer with Megan defending Kieran and his wardrobe choices to Sophie.
We’d have been shocked if these two didn’t get married, given how well everything seemed to be going, and there were no surprises on the day as the couple said “I do”. And it looks like they’re still very much loved up. While they don’t follow one another yet on Instagram (possibly due to their contracts), fans have spotted many clues that Kieran and Megan are still together, including similar home backgrounds, holiday destinations, and more. We love this for them!
Bardha and Jed

Relationship status: Not together
Bardha, 32, and Jed, 31, got on super well from their first date, bonding over their shared family values, and Jed’s love of a Sunday roast. They had a number of cute moments, including when Bardha made Jed a word search to confess her feelings of love. They got on so well in fact that Jed ended up proposing.
In Cyprus the pair carried on getting to know each other and began discussing issues such as who is in charge in the relationship, and found themselves debating the topic, as they’re both used to taking the lead. However, it seems like they were able to come out stronger from this conversation.
When they returned home, the pair met each other’s families and like they predicted in the pods, they both got on well with their partner’s families, bonding over their similar heritages and love of food. However, during all the friends and family meet ups everyone was surprised that the couple had never once argued and some of them theorised this could be a warning sign.
Despite everything going seemingly well for the couple, a teaser for the final two episodes suggested otherwise. Bardha could be heard saying how the couple had an argument and how their relationship now feels “really uncomfortable”. She then questioned the relationship and if they should be “rushing” into something when they’re not sure. It also looked like she was walking away from their wedding in tears – and alone.
Turns out, they didn’t get married.
On the day, Bardha said “no”, feeling that they needed more time to get to know one another. She told Jed that she still wanted to continue in their relationship, but he struggled to deal with her decision.
It comes after they argued about who was going to pay the bill when they went out for dinner. Jed told Bardha that he was going to take care of it, but when the waiter came round with the bill, she pulled out her card to pay without even thinking about it. They argued on the way home, and it’s clear they hadn’t completely gotten over it come their wedding day.
Katisha and Javen
Netflix
Netflix
Relationship status: Not together
Katisha, 31, and Javen, 28, were the last couple to get engaged and the pair also in another major love triangle. Katisha was also getting to know Demola, 30, and was torn between the two men. She eventually realised that Demola offered her more of what she wanted and so she told him they would be together and she would end things with Javen, specifically telling Demola she wouldn’t change her mind.
However, after then going on a date with Javen to let him down, the pair got to talking and Javen was open with his feelings more. This caused major confusion for Katisha and the next day she did a 180 and had to tell Demola the truth about her feelings for Javen. Demola was understandably upset and also very confused about Katisha’s confession.
Katisha and Javen then started dating properly and ended up getting engaged. While they’ve been having a great time in Cyprus, fellow groom Kal chose to call Katisha out for the way she treated Demola. She was taken aback by their conversation and didn’t really know what to say, but clarified it wasn’t about Demola doing anything wrong but just she had a change of heart.
When the pair returned to the UK, their journey wasn’t smooth, with Katisha constantly feeling like she had to proof herself and didn’t want to be seen as the “villain” amongst the group. There were more warning signs the pair weren’t going to head down the aisle when Javen said he wasn’t in love with Katisha yet and could see that they might not say “yes” on the wedding day and just date afterwards.
Katisha, after speaking to Javen, agreed to meet up with Demola in order to smooth things over and they hugged everything out.
However, Katisha and Javen’s problems carried on. During the cast night out, after filming ended Katisha and Javen came back to the apartment, before Javen decided to head back out with the rest of the group, leaving Katisha upset.
The next day the pair discussed him leaving and Katisha expressed her worries about Javen being hungover to meet her family, which he insisted he wasn’t.
The meeting with her family went well, however, when they returned to the apartments, Megan visited Katisha and revealed what she saw on the night out including Javen talking to multiple women from the pods, and going into a photo-booth with Sophie.
Katisha was upset and went to confront Javen about it, he denied it, but Katisha decided to leave Javen and the experiment, walking out and leaving her engagement ring on the table.
The Love Is Blind UK reunion will air on Sunday 31st August on Netflix.
