It’s almost time to raise the woof, as Coal Drops Yard prepares to become the city’s most pawesome hangout spot for one weekend only. The Big Woof Festival is back this September, for two tail-wagging days of fun that are jam-packed with everything a dog (and their hooman) could possibly dream of.

Taking place on September 13th and 14th, this free 2-day canine wellness festival promises a weekend filled with fun, fur, and frolics dedicated to our beloved four-legged besties. Best of all? The event is completely free of charge to attend, although signing up for some events is recommended.

Now in its third year, The Big Woof is back with more wag, more style and a whole host of new feel-good experiences. From an unmissable dog Fashion Show where pups will strut their stuff in the latest dogwear to breed meet-ups and stand-out performances, there are so many brand-new events happening this year to honour the festival’s return.

Of course, the classic experiences from the lineup will still be in full force – this is a wellness festival after all. You can expect ingenious happenings, such as dog yoga, dog massage, and sound baths, to help your pups with some well-deserved Zen.

The Big Woof Market will also return, featuring over 35 of London’s best dog apparel, treats and accessories traders, plus sketch artists and photo booths to capture stylish moments with your pooch.

The restaurants in King’s Cross even get involved, with the dog-friendly hotspots rolling out special menus and treats throughout the festival. Plus, refreshment stations will be located across the area, keeping everyone hydrated and ready for some extra playtime.

So, if you’re interested in attending, be sure to sign up for the popular activities as these tend to fill up fast. For more information, click here to visit King’s Cross’ website.
