The first tenants have moved into new homes on a £5.4m housing association development in Co Tyrone.
Radius Housing said it had put £2.43m of funding into the 30 new homes on Oaks Road in Dungannon, with the remainder provided by the Department for Communities.
Sandale Developments started work on the development of two and three-bedroom homes as main contractor in March 2023.
Radius Housing manages more the 13,000 homes across Northern Ireland, and provides support for thousands more.
Denise Quinn, senior head of development at Radius Housing, said: “I am delighted to see these high-quality homes completed and ready for tenants.
“This has been a challenging project, but it is important that we continue to develop high quality social housing like these homes right across Northern Ireland.
“This project builds on our previous developments in the town, including Earls Court.
“Addressing the housing needs of the local community is at the heart of what we do, and these homes will provide much-needed accommodation for families and individuals in Dungannon.
“The completion of this development not only helps to reduce the housing waiting list but has also contributed to the local economy through job creation and apprenticeship opportunities during construction.”
