An air ambulance has reportedly been called following a serious crash this evening.
The B2173 London Road is shut eastbound between Birchwood Road and Crescent Gardens in Swanley.

It is understood to be due to a crash involving multiple vehicles.
The route was initially shut in both directions, but traffic has since begun using the westbound carriageway.
Emergency services have been contacted for more information.
