He suggested that the alleged $5 million that she brought into her marriage with Prince Harry was a deliberate attempt to manage public perception.

The expert on the Royal Family opined that the claim was a myth and that Meghan’s financial situation was much less secure than it appeared, both before and during her time as a royal.
Megan’s Missing Millions
Sean questioned the source of the rumored $5 million, comparing it to other unverified wealth stories. He believed that Meghan did not have a significant fortune from her acting career. According to Sean, the residuals from her role on Suits were not substantial, and she was “desperate for money” by the time she landed the part.
In fact, he felt that many actresses in their mid-thirties often struggled to find new roles in Hollywood. Next, he pointed out that her first husband, Trevor Engelson, reportedly funded much of her lifestyle and networking.
Not A Gold Digger?
Allegedly, Meghan Markle was keen not to be viewed as “a gold digger.” Therefore, that explains why there’s a possibility that her wealth was a crafted narrative.
Referring to those palace staff no longer tied to NDAs, Sean said that they reportedly recalled Meghan claiming to have no money or having issues with her credit card.
Obviously, if it’s true, then it appeared to be a direct contradiction of the financially independent woman that she had projected. And, in his opinion, Harry probably swallowed the story as well.
Struggles In The Monarchy
During her time in the monarchy, Sean claimed Meghan struggled with the royal way of life, particularly regarding finances and perks. She reportedly found it difficult to accept that designer clothes loaned to her had to be returned, a protocol followed even by “Princess Catherine.” Sean also referenced King Charles’s famous claim that he “could not afford to keep Harry’s wife.”
Since leaving the monarchy, Sean noted that the couple’s income was highly scrutinized. While they received large sums from deals with “Netflix and Spotify,” he argued that the reported figures were often “highly speculative from the media’s point of view.”
He suggested that Harry, who had no business experience, “is quite happy to capitulate and let her take control of the finances.” However, Sean believed their expensive lifestyle, coupled with business ventures that had failed to generate massive revenue, had put them in a precarious position.
No Money From The Beginning?
Sean wrapped up his vlog by suggesting that there wasn’t any cash in the first place. So now, that leaves Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in a difficult position. They need to try everything they can think of to find “fresh material” and new ventures to sustain their lifestyle.
As far as he’s concerned, it’s an “unenviable” job for their PR/agency folks as they now have to make Meghan “sellable” as her projects continue to underperform. The direction they’ve taken seems to be focused on past events, which audiences are beginning to find boring and tiresome.
