The 13,000 sq ft property on Hillcrest Avenue, just a mile from the city centre, was formerly the headquarters of entertainment company Total Enigma and renewable energy business Total Power.
The property went up for auction on Tuesday, August 26, with bidding closing on August 27.
The building underwent a £500,000 refurbishment in 2020, which included extensive modernisation and the creation of leisure attractions such as laser quest, a CSI-themed escape room, and a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course installed in 2021.
Work had also begun on a new paintball arena.
Energy-efficient upgrades were also carried out, including triple-glazed windows and an air-source heating and cooling system.

Beyond the leisure facilities, the property includes modern office accommodation, a large function room, a self-contained flat with a conservatory, and extensive basement and attic storage.
The next steps for the building are not yet known but the property could continue as an entertainment venue, be returned to office use, or be redeveloped for alternative purposes, subject to planning consent.
