Police were called to Golborne Road, near the turn of Bevington Road, on Friday (August 29) at 2.15pm to reports of a stabbing.
At the scene, a 24-year-old man was found with a stab wound to his hand.
He was taken to hospital, where his condition is neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
Two men, 27 and 25, and have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remain in custody.
The area, including a stretch of residential homes and shops, have been cordoned off by police, with forensic officers at the scene.
Footage shows a man falling to the ground while another man seems to wield a large weapon, which appears to be a sword.
