We’ve got a release date for Yooka-Replayee! It’s been announced today by Playtonic Games that the “definitive remastered and enhanced version” of Yooka-Laylee will launch for Xbox and other platforms on October 9th, 2025.
This version of the 2017 platformer features improved visuals and performance, new challenges, a new collectible currency, a new world map, revised controls and new camera controls, and even a new orchestral score!
If you’re interested in checking it out, both a digital and physical edition will be available to purchase, with the Xbox Store version bring priced at £24.99 / $29.99. You’ll also get an automatic 30% discount on that price if you happen to own Yooka-Laylee for Xbox One already, but presumably that only applies if you own the digital version of it.
