Ugochukwu had another positive display in a Burnley shirt. As he broke up play well and won eight of his ground duels to regain possession for his side.
His ability in the second half to drive Burnley forward was crucial in the fight and heart that the team showed.
The Danish man had a quiet first half as he was pinned back into a wing back role as Ruben Amorim’s men dominated the flow of the game in the first half.
But after the half time break he showed a different level of his game as he created two chances and managed to pick up an assist as Burnley fought their way back into the game.

Anthony had a good game until the final moments in the match.

The striker had yet another good performance. Managing to score the first goal for his side and he will be disappointed to have not scored a second goal as he was judged to be narrowly offside. Which is yet another decision being hotly debated by fans on both side.
Substitutions
Tchaouna came onto the field on the 65th minute and offered much needed energy to Burnley’s attack. Outside of managing a shot on target he didn’t have as much of an impact as he would have liked to have had on the result of the match.
Laurent played some sloppy passes but made up for it defensively as he didn’t put a foot wrong when Burnley were put under pressure.
