Two stages of the competition are being held in Suffolk, starting in east Suffolk on Tuesday, September 2, before heading through mid Suffolk on Wednesday, September 3.

What are the routes for each stage?

The first day of the competition will head through many towns in east Suffolk.
Riders will start in Woodbridge and finish in Southwold, going through towns like Aldeburgh, Leiston and Framlingham.
Day two is a circular route starting and ending in Stowmarket and will pass through Eye and Sudbury.
What roads will be closed?
The Tour of Britain uses rolling road blocks to avoid all-day closures as the cyclists travel through Suffolk.
In Woodbridge there will be a number of restrictions on parking, with parking suspended between midnight and 2pm on Tuesday, September 2 on certain roads.

Woodbridge town Mayor Nigel Phipps is advising those commuting to work, visitors and residents not to use their car before 1pm.
Car parks at the station and Deben Leisure Centre will be closed along with many streets in the town centre.
He said: “If you can get around on foot, bicycle and train, this will help to make it more enjoyable for everyone.
How many teams will there be?
There will be 19 teams, including nine of the top-ranked UCI squads from around the world.
Among the high-profile teams confirmed for the line-up are UAE Team Emirates, Soudal Quick-Step and INEOS Grenadiers.
Jonathan Day, managing director of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men, said: “This year’s line-up of teams for the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men is one of the best that we have ever seen assembled for the race, and shows the status with which the event is held by UCI WorldTour and Pro Teams.”
Where can I watch the Tour of Britain?

For those wanting to watch from the comfort of their sofa, ITV4 and ITVX will broadcast live coverage of all six stages and long with daily highlights.
The competition ends with a race through South Wales on Sunday, September 7.
